New Support Helpdesk

Our new support ticketing system is now live any may be accessed at the dedicated address of http://helpdesk.whiteleafnetworks.com.

For those unfamiliar with support tickets, they are essentially trackable messages between you and our support team.  A support message – called a ticket is submitted to our system.  This ticket is then assigned a unique reference number or code for ease of reference.  Any subsequent updates to this ticket are logged and recorded by our system so that a full history of an individual ticket is retained for both the reporter and our records.

Unlike other ticketing systems, there is no requirement to register or create an account prior to submitting a request.  All you will need is a valid e-mail address that our support team use to correspond with you further regarding your ticket.
